2. Payment Timing
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all online orders.
- For dental treatments or appointments, a deposit may be required to confirm booking.
- Remaining balances must be settled before or immediately after treatment.
3. Pricing & Currency
- All prices are listed in USD (or local currency if applicable).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Promotional prices are valid only during the specified period.
4. Order Confirmation
- Orders are only confirmed after successful payment verification.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment issues or suspected fraud.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Payments for products are refundable only if items are defective or incorrect.
- Service deposits may be non-refundable but can be rescheduled with prior notice (e.g., 24 hours).
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
6. Late or Failed Payments
- In case of failed transactions, the order will not be processed.
- For installment-based treatments (if offered), missed payments may result in service suspension.
7. Security
- All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
- We do not store your full payment details.
8. Taxes & Fees
- Applicable taxes and service charges will be included at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any bank or transaction fees.
9. Disputes
- Any payment disputes should be reported within 7 days of the transaction.
- We will investigate and respond promptly to resolve the issue.
