  • Cash on Delivery (if applicable)


2. Payment Timing

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all online orders.
  • For dental treatments or appointments, a deposit may be required to confirm booking.
  • Remaining balances must be settled before or immediately after treatment.


3. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are listed in USD (or local currency if applicable).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Promotional prices are valid only during the specified period.


4. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are only confirmed after successful payment verification.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment issues or suspected fraud.


5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Payments for products are refundable only if items are defective or incorrect.
  • Service deposits may be non-refundable but can be rescheduled with prior notice (e.g., 24 hours).
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.


6. Late or Failed Payments

  • In case of failed transactions, the order will not be processed.
  • For installment-based treatments (if offered), missed payments may result in service suspension.


7. Security

  • All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
  • We do not store your full payment details.


8. Taxes & Fees

  • Applicable taxes and service charges will be included at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any bank or transaction fees.


9. Disputes

  • Any payment disputes should be reported within 7 days of the transaction.
  • We will investigate and respond promptly to resolve the issue.
